Nervion (Mirogabalin) is indicated for the management of:
- Neuropathic pain
- Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathic Pain (DPNP)
- Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN)
- Peripheral Neuropathic Pain (PNP)

✔️ Dosage & Administration
Adults: Initial dose 5 mg orally twice daily.
Increase by 5 mg weekly as needed, up to 15 mg twice daily.
Maintenance dose: 10–15 mg twice daily, individualized based on age, renal function, and symptom severity.

✔️ Side Effects
Common: Somnolence, dizziness, edema, weight gain
Rare but serious:
Loss of consciousness, confusion, excessive drowsiness
Liver dysfunction (jaundice, nausea, vomiting, malaise)
Visual disturbances (blurred/double vision)

No CYP450 induction or inhibition reported.
Plasma levels may rise when co-administered with Cimetidine or Probenecid.
